01How to request deletion

You can ask us to delete any personal data that Yexecute Tech or one of its brands holds about you:

1. Email contact@yexecute.com.
2. Use the subject line “Data deletion request”.
3. Include the email address or order number you used with us, and the brand you dealt with if you know it.

02What happens next

• We confirm that we received your request.
• We may ask for a detail to confirm the request is yours, for example a reply from the email address on the order.
• We delete your personal data from our systems and ask the service providers who hold it on our behalf to do the same. We complete the request within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
• We keep only the data the law requires us to keep, such as tax and accounting records for completed orders. We keep it only for as long as the law requires, and we use it for nothing else.

03Facebook and Meta data

Our Meta app (“BusinessManage”) is an internal business tool. It does not use Facebook Login, so we do not receive or store any Facebook account data, such as profiles, friends, messages or posts. There is nothing linked to your Facebook account for us to delete.

If you visited one of our stores and agreed to marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel may have sent website events to Meta. Meta holds that data. You can review and remove it yourself in your Facebook settings: open Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Your activity off Meta technologies, then clear your history or disconnect our websites.
