01Who we are and acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of yexecute.com and of the websites and services of the brands operated by Yexecute Tech (“Yexecute”, “we”, “us”), together the “Services”.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

02Use of the website and services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:

• break any law or regulation while using the Services;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the Services, or to the systems or accounts behind them;

04Purchases on our brand stores

Purchases made on our brand stores are governed by that store’s own terms of sale, shipping, return and refund policies, and privacy policy, as shown on the store. If those store policies conflict with these Terms on a matter related to a purchase, the store policies apply.

05Third-party services and links

The Services may link to, or rely on, third-party websites and services, such as payment providers and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

06Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yexecute Tech and its brands will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.

Some places do not allow these limits. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

08Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
