01Who we are
Yexecute Tech (“Yexecute”, “we”, “us”) builds and operates businesses online. This policy covers Yexecute Tech and the brands it operates, including their websites, stores and the advertising we run for them.
Brands we currently operate:
- Point Count Supply Co. (pointcountsupply.com), a print-on-demand apparel store.
We may add brands over time. This policy will cover them too, unless a brand publishes its own policy for a specific service.
For privacy questions and requests, email contact@yexecute.com.
02What data we collect
On yexecute.com
This website has no accounts, forms, analytics or advertising cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, to deliver and protect the site. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
On our brand stores
When you browse or buy from one of our stores, the store collects the information needed to process your order, such as your name, email address, shipping address, order details and payment confirmation. Payments are handled by the store’s payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number. Each store publishes its own privacy policy with the details that apply to that store.
Through Meta advertising tools
- Website events from the Meta Pixel on our stores, such as page views, add-to-cart and purchase events. These are collected only if you consent to marketing cookies, and they can include technical identifiers such as your IP address, browser information and cookie IDs, which Meta uses to measure ads.
- Aggregated ad performance data from Meta, such as impressions, clicks, spend and conversions. This is reported to us in aggregate and does not identify individual people.
Our Meta business app (“BusinessManage”) is an internal tool. It manages only Yexecute Tech’s own Meta ad accounts, Pages and pixels through the Meta Marketing API: creating and pausing ad campaigns, setting budgets and reading ad performance reports. It has no public users and does not use Facebook Login. It does not request or access Facebook users’ profiles, friends, messages or posts.
03How we use data
We use the data described above only to:
- process and deliver orders and provide customer support;
- run, measure and improve our own advertising, for example by creating and pausing campaigns, setting budgets and reading performance reports;
- operate, secure and improve our websites and stores;
- keep business, tax and accounting records and meet our legal obligations.
We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not build profiles for anyone else.
06Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for advertising and accounting. Order and transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require. Pixel events and ad data held by Meta are kept under Meta’s own retention policies.
Access to our business systems and advertising accounts is limited to the business owner. We also rely on the security measures of the established providers listed above. No method of storing or sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect the data we hold.
07Your rights and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data;
- have your data deleted;
- opt out of targeted advertising and of any “sale” or “sharing” of your data;
- appeal our decision on your request.
Residents of US states with privacy laws, such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others, have these rights under state law. We will honor reasonable requests wherever you live.
To make a request, email contact@yexecute.com and include the email address or order number you used with us, so we can find your data and verify the request. You may use an authorized agent. We will respond within the time the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.
For deletion requests, see our data deletion instructions.
08Children
Our websites and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
09Where data is processed
We and our service providers may process data in the United States and in other countries where those providers operate. When we do, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international data transfers.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on this page.
